Dear Friends,

We need your prayers as we are still building the church launch team in Playa Del Carmen. We are looking to launch a church that will impact this part of Mexico and the world. As we study the people of Playa Del Carmen, looking for and praying about what it is going to take to reach our people for Christ, God is already ahead of us calling men and women of peace to serve as part of our church launch team.

Just in the last few weeks I met with Dr. Daniel Bueno, “Dr. Good” in English. Serve is exactly what Danny wants to do, “Good” things for the glory of God!

Dr. Daniel is a pediatrician with a degree in hospital administration. He was born and raised in La Pas, Bolivia. As a young adult he came to know Christ as his Lord and Savor. As he grew in his faith he began to understand that God was calling him to missions. He moved to Mexico City to study Medicine, it was while there that he met his wife Ana.

Ana is an Orthodontist and she is also using her training to serve the Lord.

Daniel has a heart for reaching the poor of Playa Del Carmen and feels that God is calling him to be part of our church launch team. They are planning to move down to Playa in April or May from their home in Cancun. Please pray for this young couple as we work together looking for ways to reach the 1000’s of poor people who are moving here every week.

God is also opening doors to the upper class Mexicans through English Speakers living and working in Playa. We have started a worship service on the front porch of the home of Pepe and Amy Martin. Pepe is one of our local government leaders. His home is on the beach so we are meeting on the beach in front of their beautiful home. We have about 50 coming to our worship service each Sunday. We already had 21 people out of this group who have committed to be part of our church launch team. The larger the team the bigger the launch. I Believe that God is using Pepe and Amy as the people of peace for the upper class in Playa del Carmen. Please pray for Pepe and Amy.

WE ARE EXCITED!

God has also brought Bob McCain to be a big part of our team. He is one of our new teaching pastors in English. The man of peace in English. Pray for Bob as we look at ways to reach 20,000 English speakers living in this area.

Believe it our not this is only a few of the people God is calling out to be part of this movement in Playa Del Carmen. We believe that God is calling us to be part of a big wave that is going to across our land. WE NEED YOUR HELP! PRAY!

Pray for our team as we believe that God is going to do great things in Playa.

Pray for the Church in Cancun they are doing great and moving forward.

Pray for our family, Doug, Darla, Brandon, and Brittany.
